Invoices and getting paid

Review the invoice from a finished job, send it, and record payment.

Your draft invoice

When you end a job, Enroute drafts the invoice from the work order: the labour, the parts and your prices. Nothing is sent until you've checked it.

Sending it

Review the draft, then email it to your customer. If you've connected Stripe, you can also share a link so they can pay by card online.

Recording payment

If the customer pays another way, such as bank transfer or cash, record the payment against the invoice so your records stay up to date.

If you need to reverse all or part of an invoice, issue a credit note.

Copies and records

You can download a work order as a PDF, or download all of its photos and videos, whenever you need a copy for the customer or your records. Your team's timesheets can be exported from Users for payroll. Reports and exports lists everything you can download.
