Fleets with their own workshop

Fleet and workshop software for operators who fix their own trucks

If you run trucks and a workshop to keep them on the road, you already know where the time goes: re-typing a driver’s fault into a job, chasing the mechanic for hours and parts, and telling dispatch when the truck is back. Enroute runs the fleet side and the workshop side on one record, so none of that has to be handed over.

One fault, from the pre-start to back on the road

Four Enroute products, one record. Each step happens in the app built for the person doing it.

  1. 01

The driver finds it at the pre-start

A failed check stops the trip from starting, and the driver reports the fault with photos and the truck's location.

    Driver app
  2. 02

The fleet office sees it straight away

The failed pre-start and the fault report show on the vehicle's record, next to its trips and service schedule.

  3. 03

    Your workshop books it in

The fault arrives as a request with the vehicle and photos attached. It goes into the diary and becomes a job card.

    Workshop platform
  4. 04

    Your mechanic does the work

Task timers, parts with serial numbers, photos and sign-off, recorded on the phone in the bay.

    Worker app
  5. 05

The truck goes back on the road

The repair is on the same record as the check that found it, and the fleet can see the truck is ready.

Why one record matters when you’re both

Operators with an in-house workshop often end up running two systems: fleet software that stops when a fault is logged, and workshop software built for car repairers. The truck crosses from one to the other on a phone call or a form, and its history ends up split in two.

With Enroute, the vehicle’s daily checks, faults, jobs, mechanics’ hours and parts sit on the same record. The fleet office and the workshop are looking at the same truck.

  • No pre-start, no trip: a failed check stops the trip from starting
  • Faults reach your workshop with photos and location
  • Service schedules by kilometres or months on every vehicle
  • Job cards, task timers and parts recorded in the bay
  • Mechanics' timesheets exported to Excel
  • Each truck's checks, faults and repairs on one history

Common questions

Do we need all four products?

An operator with its own workshop would use all four: the Driver app for pre-starts and faults, the Logistics platform for the fleet office, the Workshop platform for the workshop, and the Worker app for mechanics. Each one is built for the person using it, and together they share one record.

Can we still use outside workshops for some jobs?

Yes. Book trucks into any workshop on Enroute from the Logistics platform, and follow the job while the truck is there.

Does it work with our telematics?

Today, driver locations come from the Driver app during active trips, so you don't need trackers to get started. Telematics integration is in development. If you already run telematics, tell us what you use when you book a demo.

How does setup and pricing work?

The Fleet + Workshop plan is A$249/month + GST, invoiced monthly, with 5 web users, 10 drivers and 5 mechanics included. Extra users are A$25 per web user, A$8 per driver and A$10 per mechanic a month. Your first 3 months are free. Setup is quoted for your fleet or workshop, and confirmed in writing before you commit. It covers bringing across your vehicles, customers, open jobs, parts and service history, and getting your team on. If you cancel before your free months end, we refund it in full. See pricing.
