Creating a trip

Create a trip from your home screen or from Trip. Choose the driver, what they're carrying, and where they're picking up and delivering to. You can add the vehicle, a schedule and notes, or leave the vehicle for the driver to choose. Addresses you use often can be saved and picked again.

Once you create the trip, the driver sees it in their app.

Following it live

A trip is Not Started until the driver starts it, In Progress while they're on the road, and Ended when they finish it in their app. While a trip is in progress, you can follow the vehicle on your fleet map.

Each trip keeps a diary of what the driver logged along the way: when they started, their breaks, fuel stops and when they finished.

Pre-starts

Drivers complete a pre-start check before their trip, and a trip can't start without a passing one for the day. The Pre-Start page shows which vehicles have passed, failed or are still waiting, with the driver's photos and signature.

Hours and breaks

Work & Break shows each driver's shift starts, breaks and stops as they log them in the app.

Breakdowns and workshops

When a driver asks for help with a breakdown, the request comes straight to your office and you can follow it until the vehicle is back on the road. You can also report one on a driver's behalf. The workshop that does the repair invoices your company.

You can also see which of your vehicles are currently at a workshop.

Reports

You can download trip reports from Trip or Reports, and vehicle logs from Vehicles.
