Getting started with the Workshop app

The Workshop app is where your workshop runs its jobs: bookings, work orders, your technicians, parts, and the invoice at the end. It works in your web browser, so there's nothing to install.

Register your workshop

1. Open the Workshop app and choose Register.
2. Enter your details, your business details and your office address, and agree to the terms.
3. Submit your registration.

We review every new workshop before the account is switched on. You'll hear from us by email or SMS once it's ready.

Sign in for the first time

1. On the sign-in page, choose SMS and enter your mobile number.
2. Enter the code we text you and sign in.
3. Choose a username and set a password.

After that, you can sign in with your email or username and password, or with an SMS code.

Forgotten your password? Use Forget password? on the sign-in page to reset it by SMS or email.

Finding your way around

The menu on the left takes you to each part of the app. Your home screen gives you a view of today: what's booked, what's in progress, what's waiting on parts or on the customer, and what's finished. What you can see depends on the access your workshop has given you.
