Your pre-start
Before your first trip each day, do a pre-start check on your vehicle in the app. Go through the checks, add photos where they're asked for, and sign.
A trip can't start until the vehicle has a passing pre-start for the day. If a check fails, the vehicle can't start a trip until it passes a new inspection, and your office can see the result.
Your trips
Trips your company assigns to you appear in the app. You can also create a trip yourself.
- Start the trip when you head off.
- Log your breaks as you take them.
- On a round trip, mark when you arrive before you head back.
- Finish the trip when you're done, and add your odometer reading, notes or photos if you need to.
While a trip is running, the app shares your location with your company so dispatch can follow it. It stops when no trip is running.
If you break down
On a company profile, use the breakdown button on your home screen. Tell the app what's wrong, which vehicle it is and where you are. A workshop is sent to help, and you can see the mechanic's progress as they come to you. The workshop invoices your company, so there's nothing to pay in the app.
Breakdown help isn't available on Personal profiles yet.
