Your jobs

When your workshop assigns you a job, it appears on your home screen, grouped by vehicle. Open a vehicle to see its jobs, and open a job to see the tasks on it. You can search by rego, VIN or job number, and finished jobs stay available to look back on.

Working on a task

Start a task when you begin work on it. The app records your time until you pause or end it.

• Pause when you take a break or stop for the day, and resume when you're back.
• Only one task runs at a time. Starting another pauses the one you were on.
• Add what the workshop needs as you go: checklist results, photos or video, notes, and any parts you used.

Some tasks need a photo or a completed checklist before they can be finished. The task shows you what's required.

Finishing and signing off

End the task when the work is done and sign to confirm it. If the customer or someone else needs to sign too, you can add their signature to the task once it has ended.

When every task on a job is signed off, your workshop takes it from there.

Breakdown jobs

If your workshop accepts a breakdown call and sends you, it appears at the top of your home screen.

1. Open it to see the vehicle, where it is and how to contact the driver.
2. When you set off, tell the app you're on your way. The driver can then see where you are until you arrive.
3. When you arrive, confirm it in the app and work through the job as usual.
4. When every task is signed off, complete the job.
