Getting started with the Logistics app

The Logistics app is where your office runs the fleet: trips, drivers, vehicles, pre-start checks, and breakdowns. It works in your web browser, so there's nothing to install.

Register your company

1. Open the Logistics app and choose Register.
2. Enter your details, your company details and your office address, and agree to the terms.
3. Submit your registration.

We review every new company before the account is switched on. You'll hear from us by email or SMS once it's ready.

Sign in

Sign in with your phone number, username or email and your password, or with a code sent by SMS. The first time, you'll be asked to choose a username and set a password.

Forgotten your password? Use Forget password? on the sign-in page to reset it by SMS or email.

Add your drivers

In Drivers, add each driver with their name, mobile number and email. Once they're added, your company appears in their Driver app automatically. There's no code to send them.

Add your vehicles

In Vehicles, enter a vehicle's VIN or rego and its details are looked up for you. You can still edit anything that comes back.

Add your team

In Settings, add the people in your office who need to sign in to the Logistics app.

If you want drivers to answer your own checklist questions at their pre-start, you can set up inspection templates in Settings too.
