Enterprise
Custom pricing for larger fleets and workshops. Everything in Fleet + Workshop, priced for your team, with a rollout planned with you.
Setup is quoted for your fleet or workshop, and confirmed in writing before you commit. It covers bringing across your vehicles, customers, open jobs, parts and service history, and getting your team on. If you cancel before your free months end, we refund it in full.
Offer terms. Your quote or contract sets your final price and setup. The 3 free months and the setup-fee refund are for new customers: a business, with its related companies, that hasn't had an Enroute account before. The free months start on your Go-live date, the day we email to confirm your account is ready. At least 14 days before your first invoice, we email you its date, amount and how to cancel. After the free months, we invoice your plan monthly in advance, payable by bank transfer within 14 days unless your contract says otherwise, until you cancel by email. Extra users added during the free months are free until they end. Prices won't change during your free months, and after that we give 30 days' notice of any change, with the option to cancel first. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Full terms: Business Terms, section 6.

Pricing questions
What's the difference between a web user and an app user?
- Web users sign in to the Workshop or Logistics platform in a browser, like your office and service team. Drivers and mechanics use the Driver and Worker apps on their phones. Each plan includes some of each; drivers and mechanics cost less than web users when you add more.
What if we need more users?
- Add them whenever you need to: A$25 per extra web user, A$8 per extra driver and A$10 per extra mechanic, each a month, on top of the plan.
Is the software really free for the first 3 months?
- Yes, on every plan: the software costs nothing for your first 3 months, and after that you pay the plan's monthly price. Setup is separate: it's quoted for your fleet or workshop, confirmed in writing before you commit, and refunded in full if you cancel before your free months end.
How do we pay?
- We invoice monthly in advance. Invoices are payable by bank transfer within 14 days, unless your contract says otherwise. Each invoice is a tax invoice.
What does the setup fee cover?
- Setup is quoted for your fleet or workshop, and confirmed in writing before you commit. It covers bringing across your vehicles, customers, open jobs, parts and service history, and getting your team on. If you cancel before your free months end, we refund it in full. Can we start on one plan and move to Fleet + Workshop?
- Yes. Start with the side you run today and move to Fleet + Workshop when you add the other. It's A$249/month + GST, A$49 a month less than both plans.
Are prices in Australian dollars?
- Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
Does it connect to Xero or MYOB?
- Not at the moment. Invoices are raised and paid in Enroute, by card through Stripe or by bank transfer, and reports export to PDF, Excel or CSV.
What's in Enterprise?
- Enterprise is for larger fleets and workshops that want pricing for a bigger team or help planning the rollout. Book a demo or send us a question and we'll work it out with you.
