Fleet software that doesn't stop at the depot gate

Most fleet tools stop once a fault is logged. In Enroute, a failed pre-start stops the trip from starting, and the driver's fault report goes to the workshop with photos. You can see which trucks are in the workshop and what is being done to them, on the same record as the trip that found the problem.

Your fleet, from pre-start to workshop

The Logistics platform gives transport operators one place for trips, drivers, inspections and maintenance.

Trips and dispatch

Create and allocate trips, reuse frequent routes and your address book, and keep a trip diary.

Live driver map

See drivers on active trips on a live map, located from the Driver app on their phone.

Pre-start inspections

Every daily check, passed or failed, with photos. Use the default heavy vehicle checklist or build your own.

Service schedules

Set service rules by kilometres or months for each vehicle, with service, fuel and mileage logs.

Book trucks into a workshop

Send service bookings to a workshop on Enroute and see which vehicles are in the workshop, and why.

Work and break records

Drivers' shifts and breaks are recorded from the app and can be corrected from the office.

Fewer trucks off the road

Catch faults at the pre-start, get them fixed, and keep the paper trail in one place.

  • No pre-start, no trip: a failed check stops the trip from starting
  • Faults reach the workshop with photos, not a phone call
  • A vehicle register with rego, VIN, GVM and service logs
  • Daily checks, faults and repairs kept on the same vehicle record
  • Trip reports in PDF, Excel or CSV
  • One view of every vehicle that's in the workshop

In the workshop

Follow the trucks you've booked in, and the work being done on them, until they're back on the road.

Fleet maintenance software: common questions

How does a failed pre-start turn into a repair?

A failed pre-start stops the trip from starting. The driver reports the fault with photos and location, it goes to the workshop as a request, and the truck shows on your "in the workshop" board until the job is done.

Can we book trucks into an outside workshop?

Yes, if the workshop uses Enroute. Send a service booking from the Logistics platform and follow the vehicle while it's there. Enroute for workshops.

Is the pre-start checklist based on NHVR guidance?

The default checklist follows the NHVR's daily-check guidance, ordered as a driver walks around the truck: 19 vehicle items and 14 trailer items. You can also build your own checklists. See the full pre-start checklist.

Does it help with Chain of Responsibility records?

It keeps the records your safety and maintenance systems rely on in one place: every daily check with its results and photos, every fault report, and the repair that followed. Enroute doesn't certify compliance; it keeps the evidence together.

Does it work with our telematics?

Today, driver locations come from the Driver app during active trips, so you don't need trackers to get started. Telematics integration is in development. If you already run telematics, tell us what you use when you book a demo.

Can we schedule servicing by kilometres?

Yes. Set service rules by kilometres or months for each vehicle, alongside its service, fuel and mileage logs.

How does pricing work?

The Fleet plan is A$149/month + GST, invoiced monthly, with 3 web users and 10 drivers included. Extra users are A$25 per web user and A$8 per driver a month. Your first 3 months are free. Setup is quoted for your fleet or workshop, and confirmed in writing before you commit. It covers bringing across your vehicles, customers, open jobs, parts and service history, and getting your team on. If you cancel before your free months end, we refund it in full. Running a fleet and a workshop? Fleet + Workshop is A$249/month + GST, A$49 a month less than both plans. See pricing.
