Is Enroute built for truck workshops or car workshops?
- Heavy vehicles. Jobs can come straight from a fleet's drivers and office, and the fleet can follow its truck through your workshop. It will handle any vehicle, but the workflow is designed around trucks, trailers and the fleets that own them.
Can fleet customers book trucks in directly?
- Yes. Fleets on Enroute's Logistics platform send service bookings straight into your requests list. Drivers' breakdown reports arrive with photos and location, and anyone can book through your online booking page.
Can customers approve a quote before we start?
- Yes. Quotes go by email with a link. The customer can accept or reject the quote online, and pay a deposit if you ask for one.
How do mechanics record their hours and parts?
- In the Enroute Worker app on their phone. Each task has a timer, and mechanics add parts with serial numbers, photos and videos, then sign the task off. Hours flow into timesheets you can export to Excel. About the Worker app.
Does it manage parts and stock?
- Yes: stock levels and movements, suppliers, purchase orders you can email and receive in, and kits built from other parts.
Can we send service reminders?
- Yes. Set a service schedule for each vehicle and Enroute emails reminders to the customer automatically, from a template you can edit. Reminders go by email.
Does it connect to Xero or MYOB?
- Not at the moment. Invoices are raised and paid in Enroute, by card through Stripe or by bank transfer. If accounting sync matters to you, tell us when you book a demo.
How does pricing work?
- The Workshop plan is A$149/month + GST, invoiced monthly, with 3 web users and 5 mechanics included. Extra users are A$25 per web user and A$10 per mechanic a month. Your first 3 months are free. Setup is quoted for your fleet or workshop, and confirmed in writing before you commit. It covers bringing across your vehicles, customers, open jobs, parts and service history, and getting your team on. If you cancel before your free months end, we refund it in full.
