Getting started with the Worker app

The Enroute Worker app is for technicians who do jobs for a workshop that uses Enroute. You'll see the jobs your workshop assigns you, record your time and work on them, and sign them off, all from your phone.

Before you start

Your workshop adds you to Enroute using your mobile number. You can't create a worker account yourself, so if you haven't been added yet, ask your workshop manager.

If you work for more than one workshop on Enroute, you use the same account for all of them.

Get the app

Download Enroute Worker for iPhone or Android.

Sign in

1. Open the app and enter the mobile number your workshop added.
2. Sign in with your password, or choose to get a code by SMS instead.
3. Agree to the terms and privacy policy, then sign in.
4. The first time, add your name and allow the app to use your location and camera.

Forgotten your password? Use Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen to set a new one.

Clock on and off

Slide to clock on at the start of your shift and slide again to clock off at the end. If you start work on a task while you're clocked off, the app clocks you on for you.

Your workshop may set an automatic clock-off time. Clocking off pauses any task you still have running.
