Two Types of Tasks
There are two types of tasks you might work on:
Tasks with Custom Checklist
Some tasks have specific checklist items to complete
These tasks include:
- Checklist items - Specific steps to complete
- Comment - Additional instructions
- Photo requirements - If photos are needed for checklist items
How to complete:
- Complete the work for each item
- If photos are required - Take photos first
- Check the box next to the item
- Move to the next item
Example:
- Task: "Tyre Check"
- Item: "Wheels - Check"
- You check the tyres, then check the box
Important: Checking all boxes does NOT complete the task. You must press "End" when finished.
Manual Tasks (No Checklist)
Manual tasks have no checklist - just do the work described
These tasks include:
- Comment - What you need to do
- Photo option - Take photos if needed
- Spare parts - Add parts you used
How to complete:
- Read the comment to understand what to do
- Do the work
- Take photos if required or helpful
- Add any spare parts you used
- Press "End" when finished
Adding Spare Parts (Manual Tasks)
For manual tasks, you can add spare parts you used during the work.

Record parts you used for the task
How to add spare parts:
- While working on the task, look for "Add Parts" or similar
- Tap to add a part
- Enter part details:
- Part name or number
