Getting Started with the Worker App

Welcome! This guide will help you sign in to the Enroute Worker App and start working on your assigned jobs.


Before You Start

Your workshop manager needs to create your worker account first.

Note: You cannot sign up yourself. Your manager will create your account and give you your login details.

Your manager will provide:

  • Your phone number (registered in the system)
  • Your password (if using password login)

Download the Enroute Worker App

The Worker App is available for mobile devices only.

Where to download:

For iPhone users:

  • Go to the App Store Download Now →
  • Search for "Enroute Worker"
  • Download and install the app

For Android users:

  • Go to the Google Play Store Download Now →
  • Search for "Enroute Worker"
  • Download and install the app

Important: There is no web version. You must use the mobile app.


Signing In

Once your manager creates your account, you can sign in immediately.

Sign in with your phone number

Two Ways to Sign In:

Option 1: SMS Code

  1. Open the Enroute Worker App
  2. Enter your phone number
  3. Tap "Send SMS Code"
  4. Check your phone for the SMS code
  5. Enter the code
  6. You're in!

Option 2: Password

  1. Open the Enroute Worker App
  2. Enter your phone number
  3. Enter the password your manager gave you
  4. Tap "Sign In"
  5. You're in!

Tip: SMS code is faster and you don't need to remember a password!


Your First Sign In

After signing in, you'll immediately see your home screen.

Your home screen shows working hours, completed jobs, and assigned jobs

What you'll see:

  • Your working hours and jobs completed at the top
  • A list of all jobs assigned to you
  • Job details organized by vehicle

No setup needed! Just start working right away.


The On Duty Toggle

At the bottom of your screen, slide the toggle to start your shift.

Slide to ON DUTY when you start working

OFF DUTY - You're not working
ON DUTY - You're ready to work

Simply slide the toggle to the right when you start your shift.

Don't worry if you forget! The app will automatically turn it on when you start a job.


Understanding Your Job List

Jobs are shown as cards with all the information you need.

Example of a job card

Each job card shows the vehicle, customer, and status

Each job card shows:

  • Vehicle information (VIN, Rego)
  • Customer name
  • Job status (In Progress, Not Started, Completed)
  • Order number and date

Status badges tell you:

  • In Progress - Currently being worked on
  • Not Started - Ready to begin
  • Completed - Finished

Tap any job card to open it and see your tasks.

  1. Find the job you want to work on from your list
  2. Tap on the job to open it
  3. You'll see all the tasks for that job
  4. Start working on the tasks

Common Questions

Can I Create My Own Account?

No, your workshop manager must create your account. Talk to your manager if you don't have an account yet.

What If I Forgot My Password?

If you're using password login:

  1. Try using SMS code login instead - it's easier!
  2. Or ask your manager to reset your password

I Don't See Any Jobs

Possible reasons:

  • Your manager hasn't assigned any jobs to you yet
  • You're signed in with the wrong phone number
  • Check with your manager

Can I Use This on My Computer?

No, the Worker App is mobile only (iPhone and Android). There is no web version.

What If I'm Not On Duty But Start Working?

Don't worry! The app will automatically turn on "On Duty" when you start working on a job.

Do I Need Internet Connection?

Yes, you need internet (WiFi or mobile data) to:

  • Sign in
  • See your job list
  • Get new job assignments
  • Upload photos and updates
