Getting Started with Enroute

Welcome! This guide will walk you through creating your account and signing in to Enroute for the first time.

Step 1: Sign Up for Enroute

Ready to get started? Here's how to create your account.

Fill in your details to create an account

How to Sign Up

  1. Go to the Enroute sign up page
  2. Click on "Register"
  3. Follow the steps
  4. Accept the terms and conditions
  5. Click "Sign Up"

Important: Your account requires approval before you can start using Enroute. This usually takes 1-2 business days.

Step 2: Sign In to Your Account

Once your account is confirmed, you can sign in and start using Enroute.

How to Sign In

  1. Go to the Enroute sign in page
  2. There are options to sign in with SMS or Password
  3. Fill in your credentials
  4. Click "Sign In"

First Time Signing In?

After your first sign in, we recommend:

  • Setting up your workshop profile
  • Adding your team members (workers)
  • Adding your first customers and vehicles

Troubleshooting

I Haven't Received My Confirmation Email

If it's been more than 2 business days:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Verify you used the correct email address
  • Contact our support team for assistance

I Forgot My Password

  1. Click "Forgot Password" on the sign in page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for a password reset link
  4. Create a new password
  5. Sign in with your new password

I Can't Sign In

If you're having trouble signing in:

  • Make sure your account has been confirmed
  • Check that you're using the correct email and password
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try a different browser
  • Contact support if the issue persists
